Ready to get started?

Missourians who want to attend a CDC-recognized National DPP lifestyle change program have the option of choosing from one of the following delivery modes: 

 

  • In-person (Participants are physically present in a classroom setting with a small group of other participants. Some program suppliers may provide in-person programs at multiple locations. Reach out to them directly to find a site that works for you.)
  • Online (Participants log into course sessions via a computer, tablet, or smart phone with live Lifestyle Coach interaction.)
  • Distance learning (Program is delivered by a trained Lifestyle Coach via remote classroom or telehealth. Session content is delivered live by the coach in one location and participants call in or video conference from another location.)
  • Combination (Program is delivered as a combination of any of the delivery modes above.)
  •
